What can I do with the free plan?

The free plan includes one property, two tenants, two tenancies, four inspections and 50 MB of storage for one user. It includes basic support and letter templates. Electronic signatures are available with paid plans.

How does the 15-day trial work?

Owners can try Essential or Unlimited once per workspace. A payment card is required and the subscription is billed at the end of the trial if it is kept. For agencies, the 15 days start when the workspace is created, without a card; a paid subscription is billed as soon as it is confirmed.

How should I read the annual price?

The annual price is the total billed for one year, excluding tax. The saving shown is the difference compared with twelve monthly payments for the same plan. Amounts are in euros.

How do I subscribe to a plan?

Create your workspace or sign in to the web portal, then open Subscription. The catalogue matches your workspace profile. Contact the team to arrange an Enterprise plan.

Do the prices include tax?

The amounts shown exclude tax. Check the payment summary in your portal for the total due before confirming your subscription.
